Three to five times a week, Tammy works out in the gym. She has cardio sessions as well as weight training sessions. According to a New Idea report, “I usually do some of the exercises from my at-home booty program – you just need dumbbells to do them – or I will do a HIIT workout in my living room,” she said.
Tammy maintains a clean diet, which she reveals to New Idea. As far as lean protein goes, chicken breast, turkey, and fish help me a lot, but I also found that since I wanted to build my booty, I wasn’t getting enough protein, so supplements such as protein shake helped, too,” she says. Although I didn’t include these as part of my diet, I always had both. I needed to eat a lot, so I ate lots of complex carbohydrates such as brown rice, oatmeal, potatoes, and healthy fats every day.” For breakfast, she usually consumes oatmeal mixed with protein powder. After her workout, she drinks a protein shake and enjoys eating fish, chicken, turkey, beans, and vegetables afterward. “I’ve been trying to cut back on meat lately, but it’s been difficult for me. So generally, at the end of the day, I have oatmeal and protein again. Boring!
