Whoever sent Kate Beckinsale a rabbit isn’t a fan.
A surprise was waiting for Kate Beckinsale at her front door recently.
The 47-year-old actress documented the “unsettling” gift of a rabbit in a cage along with rose petals delivered anonymously.
Her reaction to the gift was captured in a series of videos posted to her Instagram stories on Tuesday. The videos were filmed by her boyfriend, Goody Grace, 23, who also expressed confusion about the delivery.
According to The Daily Mail, the actress wrote in a caption that Marvel the rabbit found a home but urged people not to repeat it.

Upon receiving a birthday gift from one of her diehard fans, Kate Beckinsale, who recently turned 47, was astonished. A bunny rabbit was given to the actress as a birthday gift, which shook her. In addition to sharing the video on her Instagram story, Kate Beckinsale wrote, “PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE please don’t ever send an unsolicited pet to someone’s house, especially anonymously, or on a boiling hot day where it could be left outside to roast to death..”
Marvel (Rabbit’s name) has found a loving home without cats, but it was quite a shock and, I think, pretty unsettling for him as well. The actress thanked everyone for their good wishes but urged them not to send animals as presents, jokes, or at all.
Some fans immediately remarked, “What a sexy way to dress around a rabbit.” For others, however, the gesture was deeply disturbing. Beckinsale looked stunning in all black, looking enviably sexy as ever. Under Beckinsale’s recent Instagram post, one commented: “I’m concerned that a fan might abandon a rabbit… And that they know your address!”. It’s scary. I’m sending lots of love to you and Marvel.” wrote another. “I’m glad everything worked out okay. But honestly, who delivers animals that weren’t asked for?” asked another fan. Another fan stated: “Seriously, this could have gone south real quick for that bunny. They aren’t meant to live outdoors. Not even going to touch how scary it is that someone knows where you live.”
It may be better to tweet about how much they mean to you instead of sending your favorite celeb a pet rabbit and some flowers!
